Greenhead è un villaggio nel Northumberland, Inghilterra. Il villaggio si trova sulla Military Road, a circa 27 km da Chollerford, 5 km da Haltwhistle e 14 km da Brampton, Cumbria lungo la strada A69. L'A69 bypassa il villaggio, ma fino agli anni '80 tutto il traffico veicolare passava attraverso di esso. Il villaggio si trova appena fuori dal Parco Nazionale di Northumberland, vicino al Muro di Adriano. A nord del villaggio si trova il castello di Thirlwall, un edificio del XII secolo, recentemente restaurato e aperto al pubblico. I villaggi vicini includono Upper Denton e Haltwhistle.
