Traquair House, aussi appelé Traquair Castle, est un manoir écossais situé dans la vallée de la Tweed, à environ un kilomètre au sud d'Innerleithen. Il est parfois prétendu qu'il s'agit de la plus ancienne maison seigneuriale habitée d'Écosse, mais cette affirmation est difficile à vérifier.
Traquair House était à l'origine un pavillon de chasse des rois écossais. Il est documenté qu'il a été visité pour la première fois par le roi Alexandre Ier en 1107. Il devint ensuite la résidence favorite de William Ier, où il signa également la charte fondatrice d'une colonie appelée Bishop's Burgh sur les rives du Molendinar, le futur Glasgow.
