La rivière Bourne est une petite rivière dans le Dorset, en Angleterre. Elle se jette dans la Manche à Bournemouth, prenant son nom simplement de l'anglais moyen bourn ou burn, un petit ruisseau, et le donnant à la ville à son embouchure.
La Bourne comprend deux principaux affluents totalisant un peu plus de 13 kilomètres de voie navigable ; de cette longueur totale, 5,7 kilomètres sont canalisés et 7,5 kilomètres sont des ruisseaux ouverts. Son bassin versant couvre environ 14 kilomètres carrés, dont environ 70 % se trouvent dans la municipalité de Poole.
