La gare de Queen's Quay desservait l'est de Belfast en Irlande du Nord. C'était autrefois l'une des trois gares terminus de Belfast. Les autres étaient Great Victoria Street et York Road.
La gare de Queen's Quay a été ouverte en 1848 sous le nom de Belfast et était le terminus du chemin de fer Belfast, Hollywood & Bangor. Le Belfast and County Down Railway a ouvert une gare adjacente deux ans plus tard, les deux gares fusionnant après deux années supplémentaires. À son apogée, elle comptait cinq quais et proposait des services vers Ardglass, Bangor, Comber, Donaghadee, Downpatrick et Newcastle.
