L'Hôpital royal Haslar à Gosport, Hampshire, était l'un des plusieurs hôpitaux servant la région locale. Il a été converti en appartements pour retraités entre 2018 et 2020. L'hôpital lui-même est un bâtiment classé Grade II.
L'Amirauté a acquis le site choisi pour l'hôpital, Haslar Farm, dont le nom vient de l'anglo-saxon Hæsel-ōra, en 1745. Le bâtiment a été conçu par Theodore Jacobsen et la construction du bâtiment principal a été achevée le 23 octobre 1753. À son achèvement, c'était le plus grand bâtiment en brique d'Europe. Les travaux de construction ont coûté plus de 100 000 £, presque le double du coût du siège de l'Amirauté à Londres. Dans ses premières années, il était connu sous le nom de Hôpital royal Haslar.
