Le Grand Duché des îles Lagoa est une micronation située au Royaume-Uni. Il est la création en 2005 de Louis Robert Harold Stephens , qui se fait appeler Grand Duc Louis, instituteur, dans le cadre d'un projet de classe. Elle revendique les îlots de l'étang de Baffins, dans la ville de Portsmouth. Toutefois, le Grand Duché n'a aucune présence physique, n'exerce aucune autorité, ses activités se limitent à son site Internet.
Les actes de Baffins datent de 1194. Depuis, ils ont largement été modifiés. Au XIXe siècle, c'est un terrain agricole puis un parc public en 1912. En 1938, il est sauvé de la destruction et vendu à la ville de Portsmouth.
