Llangadfan est un petit village dans le Powys, au pays de Galles, situé dans la communauté de Banwy. Le village se trouve sur l'A458 entre Foel et Llanerfyl, à 12 kilomètres de Llanwddyn. La forêt de Dyfnant est située à proximité. Le village serait connu pour ses danses folkloriques.
Llangadfan est un village et une paroisse, qui se situe sur les rives de la rivière Vyrnwy et s'étend jusqu'à la rivière Banwy et au ruisseau Nant-yn-Eira. La gare de Llanfyllin est à 19,2 km au nord-est et Llanfair est à 8,8 km à l'est-sud-est. Le pub ici est connu sous le nom de "Cann Office Hotel".
