L'hôpital de Causeway est un hôpital général aigu à Coleraine, dans le comté de Londonderry, en Irlande du Nord. Il est géré par le Northern Health and Social Care Trust.
L'hôpital, qui a remplacé l'hôpital de Coleraine et l'hôpital de Route à Ballymoney, a été construit pour un coût de 55 millions de livres sterling. Il a été officiellement inauguré par le Premier ministre David Trimble et le vice-Premier ministre Mark Durkan en avril 2002. En février 2003, il a été désigné comme l'un des neuf hôpitaux aigus dans le réseau d'hôpitaux aigus d'Irlande du Nord sur lequel les soins de santé seraient axés en vertu de la politique de santé du gouvernement « Developing Better Services ».
