Pávlos Melás est un dème situé dans la périphérie de Macédoine-Centrale en Grèce. Le dème actuel est issu de la fusion en 2011 entre les dèmes d’Efkarpía, de Políchni et de Stavroúpoli. Le dème fait partie de l'aire métropolitaine de Thessalonique.
En 1881, alors que la région fait partie du vilayet de Salonique dans l'Empire ottoman, un camp militaire de l'armée ottomane est créé à Stavroúpoli.
