Durrus est un village et une paroisse civile dans le West Cork en Irlande. Il est situé à dix kilomètres de Bantry dans le comté de Cork, à la tête des péninsules de Sheep's Head et de Mizen Head.
Durrus se trouve sur la route de conduite du Wild Atlantic Way qui s'étend le long de la côte irlandaise depuis la péninsule d'Inishowen dans le Donegal jusqu'à Kinsale dans le comté de Cork. Plusieurs jardins publics ont été établis dans la région, notamment 'Kilvarock' et 'Cois Abhann'.
