La gare routière de Letterkenny est une station de Bus Éireann desservant le comté de Donegal en Irlande. Elle est située dans la ville cathédrale de Letterkenny. C'est un pôle de transport particulièrement important dans le comté, car il n'y a pas de services ferroviaires dans la région.
Elle sert de terminus de bus sur la route 32 depuis Busáras à Dublin, via l'aéroport de Dublin et la gare routière de Monaghan. Letterkenny est desservie par onze bus quotidiens dans chaque direction sur cette route.
