L'Hôpital Universitaire de Mayo est un hôpital général à Castlebar, dans le comté de Mayo, en Irlande. Il est géré par le Saolta University Health Care Group.
L'hôpital a ses origines dans l'Hôpital du Comté de Mayo qui a été construit sur la route de Westport à Castlebar et ouvert en octobre 1938. Cette installation s'est développée pour devenir l'Hôpital Général de Mayo. Le Taoiseach Enda Kenny a ouvert une nouvelle Unité de Dialyse Rénale en décembre 2013. L'hôpital a changé son nom de Hôpital Général de Mayo à Hôpital Universitaire de Mayo en novembre 2015.
