El Hospital Universitario de Mayo es un hospital general en Castlebar, County Mayo, Irlanda. Está gestionado por el Grupo de Atención Médica Universitaria Saolta.
El hospital tiene sus orígenes en el Hospital del Condado de Mayo, que fue construido en Westport Road en Castlebar y abrió en octubre de 1938. Esta instalación se desarrolló en el Hospital General de Mayo. El Taoiseach Enda Kenny inauguró una nueva Unidad de Diálisis Renal en diciembre de 2013. El hospital cambió su nombre de Hospital General de Mayo a Hospital Universitario de Mayo en noviembre de 2015.
