Mayo Universitetshospital er et generelt hospital i Castlebar, County Mayo, Irland. Det ledes af Saolta Universitetshospital Gruppe.
Hospitalet har sine rødder i Mayo County Hospital, som blev bygget på Westport Road i Castlebar og åbnede i oktober 1938. Denne facilitet udviklede sig til Mayo Generelle Hospital. Taoiseach Enda Kenny åbnede en ny Nyresygdomsafdeling i december 2013. Hospitalet ændrede sit navn fra Mayo Generelle Hospital til Mayo Universitetshospital i november 2015.
