San Nicandro Garganico est une commune italienne de la province de Foggia dans la région des Pouilles.
C’est une commune du Gargano.
En fait, il fait partie du parc national du Gargano.
C'est à San Nicandro Garganico qu'un petit groupe de paysans, la Communauté hébraïque de San Nicandro , s'est mis à pratiquer de manière stricte les lois de l'Ancien Testament, guidés par un chef charismatique, Donato Manduzio. Celui-ci avait abandonné le christianisme et adopté les lois juives après avoir lu l'Ancien Testament et eu plusieurs visions.
