Lula est une commune de la province de Nuoro dans la région italienne de Sardaigne, située à environ 220 kilomètres au nord de la capitale régionale Cagliari et à environ 40 kilomètres au nord-est de la capitale provinciale Nuoro.
Lula est située au pied du mont Albo, une chaîne de calcaire blanc, avec de nombreuses grottes naturelles et stalactites.
