Avec ses 2744 m, le Colle dell'Agnel est le sixième plus haut col tarifié des Alpes, après notamment le Stelvio et le Col de l'Iseran. Bien que ce soit le plus haut col international des Alpes, le Col Agnel est relativement méconnu et peu utilisé.
