Néapolis est une ville de l'Antiquité grecque et romaine, située en Sardaigne. Le nom grec Neapolis signifie « nouvelle ville ». C'était l'une des localités les plus importantes de l'ile à l'époque romaine.
Néapolis se trouve sur la côte occidentale de la Sardaigne, à l'extrême sud du golfe d'Oristano, à l'emplacement actuel de Santa Maria di Nabui, dans la commune de Guspini, dans la province de Sardaigne du Sud. L'Itinéraire d'Antonin place Néapolis à 60 milles de la ville de Sulki, à l'endroit où est érigé de nos jours Sant'Antioco, et à 18 milles d'Othoca, l'actuelle Santa Giusta, près d'Oristano.
