La gare de Brenner est la gare frontière de l'Italie et de l'Autriche. Elle dessert la ville et la commune de Brenner dans la province autonome de Bolzano, dans le nord-est de l'Italie. La gare, située à 1 371 m d'altitude, a été ouverte en 1867 par la Südbahn de l'Empire austro-hongrois comme arrêt de passage en montagne le long de la ligne de chemin de fer du Brenner. En 1919, la gare de Brenner se trouvait à 300 m au sud de la frontière en raison de l'annexion par l'Italie du territoire du comté du Tyrol en vertu du traité de Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
