La société BENATI S.p.A. a été un important groupe industriel italien comprenant des sociétés productrices d'engins de terrassement pour les travaux publics. La société a été créée à Imola en 1961 par Renato Bacchini.
Suite au décè de son fondateur et dirigeant, la société a été vendue à la filiale du groupe Fiat spécialisée dans les engins de travaux publics, Fiat Geotech et a ensuite été intégrée dans la division New Holland Construction du groupe CNH Global, filiale de Fiat Group S.p.A..
