L'amphithéâtre de Florence était l'amphithéâtre romain de la ville antique de Florentia, l'actuelle ville de Florence, en Italie. Il se situait à proximité de l'actuelle Piazza dei Peruzzi.
L'amphithéâtre fut construit entre 124 et 130 après Jésus-Christ. Il était alors bien en dehors du périmètre de la cité antique, dont il marquait le point oriental d'extension.
