La gare de San Vito-Lanciano était une gare ferroviaire située le long de la ligne ferroviaire Adriatique. Elle desservait la commune de San Vito Chietino ; elle était également le terminus de la ligne Sangritana, reliant la ville voisine de Lanciano.
La gare a été inaugurée le 25 avril 1864 avec la section Ortona-Foggia ; de 1915 à 2005, elle était desservie par la ligne pour Castel di Sangro.
