La gare de Paduli sur le Calore est une gare ferroviaire située sur la ligne Naples-Foggia. Elle est gérée par RFI et a été construite pour servir la commune de Paduli et la zone industrielle de Ponte Valentino, cette dernière étant située sur les rives de la rivière Calore.
La gare est située à une altitude de 138 m s.n.m. à proximité du hameau de Ponte Valentino, dans le territoire communal de Bénévent. Ouverte au public en 1868 sous le nom de gare de Ponte Valentino, dans les années 1920, la gare a été électrifiée grâce au système innovant de traction en courant continu à 3000 volts.
