La Torre Guinigi est l'une des tours emblématiques de Lucques. En particulier, les vieux chênes qui poussent au sommet de la tour haute de quarante-cinq mètres lui donnent son aspect caractéristique. La tour a été construite par la famille Guinigi qui a planté ces arbres sur le toit comme symbole de la renaissance. La tour est maintenant la propriété de la ville de Lucques. Elle est accessible aux visiteurs. Depuis la tour, vous avez une magnifique vue sur la ville et ses nombreux monuments. Cependant, il faut gravir les 230 marches.
