Le Palazzo Pfanner date de la seconde moitié du XVIIe siècle. Le palais a été commandé par la famille Moriconi. Le palais a un style baroque saisissant. Après que la famille Moriconi a vendu le palais, il a été entre les mains de plusieurs familles nobles qui ont ajouté divers aspects au palais. Les beaux jardins ont été ajoutés au palais au début du XVIIIe siècle. Il s'agit probablement d'un dessin de Filippo Juvarra.
Aujourd'hui, le palais appartient à la famille Pfanner. Cette famille a restauré le palais à son ancienne gloire et a ouvert certaines parties du palais et des jardins au public. Il y a un petit droit d'entrée à payer.
