L'Émirat de Nekor est une principauté amazigho-arabe ayant existé au nord-est du Maroc, au Rif oriental, des environs de la baie d'Al-Hoceima jusqu'à Saidia à la frontière algérienne. L'immense majorité de la population était amazighe. Son nom provient de l'Oued Nekor. Sa capitale était Temsamane puis Nekor.
Il fut fondé par la famille Salihides, une famille d'officiers, descendante des Himyerites venus du Yémen pendant la conquête musulmane de l'Afrique du Nord. Cette principauté connut la gloire en 800 avant de sombrer dans le chaos dû au conflit au sein même de la famille Salihides.
