Lipkovo est une municipalité du nord de la République de Macédoine. Elle comptait en 2002, 27 058 habitants et couvre 267,82 km2. Elle se caractérise par une population très majoritairement albanaise. C'est une municipalité rurale, frontalière du Kosovo et de la Serbie. Elle est située dans le massif de la Skopska Crna Gora dans sa moitié occidentale, et s'étend à l'est dans la vallée du Žegligovo.
Lipkovo est entourée par les municipalités macédoniennes de Tchoutcher-Sandevo, Skopje, Aratchinovo et Koumanovo, par le Kosovo et la Serbie.
