Les Ackerdijkse Plassen est une zone naturelle dans la province néerlandaise de Hollande-Méridionale, sur le territoire de la commune de Pijnacker-Nootdorp. La zone, qui est gérée depuis 2003 par la Vereniging Natuurmonumenten, est une importante zone d'oiseaux aux Pays-Bas. Les Ackerdijkse Plassen se situe près de Delft, entre l'A13, Rotterdam, Berkel et Rodenrijs, Pijnacker et Delfgauw. L'Oude Lee est le nom de la petite rivière qui traverse la zone, Oude Leede étant le nom du hameau situé tout près. C'est une partie de la poldre d'Ackerdijkse qui est limitrophe au nord de la Zuidpolder de Delfgauw et au sud de la Polder Schieveen. Le cours d'eau de la Berkelsche Zweth forme la limite au sud.
