Le moulin De Hoop est un moulin à farine à Ouddorp, province de Hollande-Méridionale. C'est l'un des rares moulins à vent aux Pays-Bas encore en propriété privée.
Le prédécesseur du moulin a été construit vers 1600. L'ancien moulin était très probablement équipé d'une paire de meules. En 1844, la famille Voogd a décidé de faire démolir le moulin et de le remplacer par un moulin à vent en pierre rond avec trois paires de meules. En 1845, le moulin était prêt. Vers 1952, la troisième paire a été retirée.
