Musée avec des objets de la collection de Gerrit Valk, fondateur de la "Caraco Glace et Pâtisserie" à Hellendoorn. Montre les évolutions dans les méthodes de boulangerie et de préparation de glace. Ouvert : 1er mardi d'avril jusqu'aux vacances d'automne du lun. au ven. 9-17h. Sam. 9-16h. Démonstrations de pâtisserie spéciales pour enfants le mercredi après-midi de 14h à 16h.
