Le château de Doorwerth est un château médiéval situé sur la rivière Rhin près de la ville d'Arnhem, aux Pays-Bas.
Le château original, probablement en bois, est mentionné pour la première fois en 1260 lorsqu'il a été assiégé et brûlé jusqu'au sol, après quoi il a été reconstruit en pierre. En 1280, ce deuxième château a de nouveau été assiégé et cette fois la cour a été brûlée. Ce château se composait probablement d'un simple donjon, de deux étages de hauteur avec des murs épais de 1,20 mètre, et possédait un fossé entourant qui était alimenté par la rivière Rhin voisine.
