Dans le bâtiment se trouve le siège de la division transport de la NV Nederlandse Gasunie. Après la séparation de Gasunie en une division de transport et une division commerciale, la division commerciale est partie vers un bureau situé sur la Van Ketwich Verschuurlaan à Groningen. Cependant, le bâtiment était trop grand pour la seule division de transport, de sorte qu'une partie a été louée pendant des années à KPMG. Aujourd'hui, l'ensemble du bâtiment est à nouveau utilisé par Gasunie.
