Sint Jansklooster (Nedersaksisch : ′t Klooster) est un village dans la région de Kop van Overijssel, situé dans la province néerlandaise d'Overijssel. Il se trouve entre Vollenhove et Meppel. Sint Jansklooster est nommé d'après le couvent sur le Sint Janskamp, un monastère fondé en 1399 par le aveugle Johannes van Ommen. Le Sint Jansklooster a été détruit en 1581 pendant la guerre de Quatre-Vingts Ans.
