Steenderen est une localité de la commune de Bronckhorst dans l'Achterhoek néerlandais, dans la province de Gelderland. Elle compte un peu plus de 2000 habitants[1] et environ 2400 si l'on inclut les zones rurales.[2] Steenderen est surtout connue pour abriter les usines d'Aviko. Jusqu'en 2005, Steenderen était une commune autonome, mais à la suite d'une réorganisation municipale, elle a été fusionnée avec les communes voisines de Hummelo et Keppel, Vorden, Zelhem et Hengelo pour former la commune de Bronckhorst.
Juste en dehors du village se trouve le moulin Bronkhorster, un moulin à grain datant de 1844, situé le long de la Spaensweertweg.
