Chaque année, au mois d'octobre, Valkenburg aan de Geul est placée sous le signe du Bouc ! Le bouc est connu pour l'histoire et la culture de la commune. Une histoire dont Valkenburg est fier. Venez en faire l'expérience avec un bon verre de bière de bouc dans une main et une délicieuse collation dans l'autre. Il y a aussi le bokkemért (marché aux boucs) et la Heksenkeuken rappelle encore la bande de voleurs.
