'T Havenrak
Le visage sur l'eau du bassin portuaire de Broek in Waterland, officiellement appelé 't Havenrak, a fasciné les visiteurs à travers les siècles. Broek a longtemps été connu comme un village de riches rentiers (principalement d'Amsterdam) et de personnes ayant gagné leur argent à la bourse d'Amsterdam. Avant l'arrivée du tram à vapeur du Noord-Hollandsche partant d'Amsterdam-Nord en 1888, presque tout le monde, citadin et étranger, arrivait par bateau dans le port de Broek.
