La Grande Place, Grootemarkt ou Kruismarkt est la grande place au centre de la ville néerlandaise de Nimègue. La place a connu au cours de l'histoire de nombreux noms, dont Cruys et Cruys Marct, dérivés probablement d'une croix qui se tenait sur place comme symbole du droit de marché. Le 9 juillet 1924, elle reçoit officiellement le nom de "Groote Markt" par décision du conseil municipal. Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, le côté sud de la place a été fortement touché par le bombardement de Nimègue. Les bâtiments d'avant-guerre du côté nord de la place sont donc encore bien préservés, tandis que les bâtiments du côté sud sont exclusivement d'après-guerre.
