Cette tour d'eau se trouve à Heerlen-Noord, dans le quartier de Vrieheide, à la fin de la rue KSG. La tour d'eau a été construite selon les plans des architectes H.W.F.C. Heman et F.H. Steeneken. La tour a une hauteur de 41,43 mètres et un volume de 1000 m³. Lorsque la tour a été achevée en 1965, la plus ancienne tour de 1915, située sur la Heerlerbaan, a été démolie.
