Le Roercenter est une galerie commerciale qui a été inaugurée en 2003 à Roermond. Le centre commercial comprend, en plus des magasins, un parking de Q-Park et 28 appartements.
Le plan initial consistait en un grand parking pour élargir les possibilités de stationnement à Roermond. Au début des années 90, le plan a cependant été bloqué car la zone avait un statut monument historique ; certains bâtiments ne pouvaient donc pas être démolis. Plus tard, un nouveau plan a vu le jour, dans lequel le parking a été réduit en taille et une galerie commerciale a été ajoutée. Les bâtiments monumentaux ont été intégrés au plan et ont obtenu des fonctions commerciales et de restauration.
