L'abbaye d'Ulingheide est un ancien complexe monastique des trappistes situé dans le village limbourgeois de Tegelen, près de la frontière avec l'Allemagne, consacré à Notre-Dame de l'Immaculée Conception.
En 1884, quelques moines s'installèrent pour la première fois à l'Uelingsheide à Tegelen. Ils achetèrent une ferme située sur la lande, comme "débordement" pour l'abbaye belge de Westmalle. Ils l'agrandirent et commencèrent à défricher les terres environnantes pour subvenir à leurs propres besoins. Plus tard, ils transformèrent la ferme en un monastère, qui fut érigé en abbaye en 1933. On y vivait et on y travaillait en tant que Communauté Monastique Contemplative, où la prière était au centre.
