La station Venlo Oostsingel est l'ancienne gare de la ville néerlandaise de Venlo pour la ligne ferroviaire vers l'Allemagne via Straelen. Jusqu'au 19ème siècle, le site a abrité les Champs Élysées, juste en dehors de la Porte de Cologne. Il s'agissait d'un domaine de plaisance où des bals et des concerts étaient régulièrement organisés.
Venlo Oostsingel a été inauguré en 1874 et a été équipé la même année d'un bâtiment de gare. Tout a été construit selon des principes prussiens typiques : grand, lourd et solide. La Cöln-Mindener Eisenbahngesellschaft a assuré le logement du personnel dans des maisons spacieuses le long de la voie, ainsi qu'un hall d'accueil et d'arrivée spacieux et un grand triage. Il y avait de 10 à 15 voies mesurant chacune 700 mètres.
