Le domaine urbain de Kemphaan est un parc à Almere qui se compose de diverses initiatives naturelles, y compris une ferme, une zone de promenade, un centre d'information sur la nature et des paysages de parc. Un bâtiment avec une architecture moderne et l'utilisation de matériaux naturels a également été construit, dans lequel, en plus des bureaux, se trouvent également des activités de restauration. Le domaine a été créé pour permettre aux habitants d'Almere de découvrir la nature. La Fondation AAP, la Jungle d'Almere, un centre extérieur de Staatsbosbeheer et un terrain de camping naturel sont également situés dans le domaine urbain.
