Le port de Rhenen est un point d'accostage pour les bateaux de navigation intérieure à Rhenen. Ce petit port est situé sur la rive du Rhin et près de la zone naturelle De Blauwe Kamer. Le port est également appelé le quai de déchargement.
Il y a aussi un quai au Veerplein. Cet endroit d'accostage est destiné aux plaisanciers.
