La chapelle Saint-Hubert est une chapelle située au 59A Strijbeekseweg à Strijbeek, à 100 mètres de la frontière belgo-néerlandaise.
Le prédécesseur de l'actuelle chapelle a été construit en 1518. Elle était relativement grande : 22 mètres de long et 15 mètres de large, et servait donc de petite église, une soi-disant quart-égli. À cette époque, le lieu comptait 157 habitants.
