Cette église sur la place Sint Agnes à Bunde a été construite en 1959 sous la direction des architectes Jozef Fanchamps et Jos van der Pluym. L'église a été consacrée en 1960. Les vitraux en béton ont été réalisés par l'artiste bundens Daan Wildschut.
Devant l'entrée principale de l'église se trouve la statue 'Sainte Agnes', réalisée en pierre noire par l'artiste Rob Stultjens.
