Denne kirke på Sankt Agnes Plads i Bunde blev bygget i 1959 under ledelse af arkitekterne Jozef Fanchamps og Jos van der Pluym. Kirken blev indviet i 1960. Glasmosaikkerne blev fremstillet af den bundenske kunstner Daan Wildschut.
For hovedindgangen til kirken står statuen 'Hellige Agnes', lavet af kunstneren Rob Stultjens i sort sten.
