Deze kerk aan het Sint Agnesplein in Bunde is in 1959 gebouwd onder leiding van de architecten Jozef Fanchamps en Jos van der Pluym. De kerk werd ingewijd in 1960. De glas in beton ramen werden vervaardigd door de Bundense kunstenaar Daan Wildschut.
Voor de hoofdingang van de kerk staat het van zwarte steen vervaardigde beeld ‘Heilige Agnes’, gemaakt door kunstenaar Rob Stultjens.
