De Haere est un hameau de la commune néerlandaise d'Apeldoorn, situé dans la province de Gelderland. Il se trouve au nord d'Apeldoorn entre Wenum-Wiesel et Vaassen.
À De Haere se trouvent un grand camp de caravanes et un ancien site industriel. Les habitants ont été impliqués, depuis l'année 2000, dans différents conflits juridiques avec la commune d'Apeldoorn et la province de Gelderland concernant un plan d'aménagement. Cela comprenait notamment un assainissement à grande échelle du site industriel, et les habitants du camp craignaient que des substances nocives, telles que l'amiante, ne soient libérées.
