La 4e Binnenvestgracht est un ancien canal et une rue dans la ville néerlandaise de Leyde, dans la province de Hollande-Méridionale. Le canal faisait initialement partie du Binnenvestgracht, une partie des ouvrages de défense de la ville. Entre 1880 et 1887, la partie sud du canal, près de la Zoeterwoudsesingel, a été comblée. Le Tevelingshofje est situé le long du canal comblé.
