Ce pont ferroviaire se trouve dans la section Dordrecht – Geldermalsen de la ligne MerwedeLingelijn, entre les stations Sliedrecht Baanhoek et Dordrecht Stadspolders. Le pont est nommé, tout comme la première station, d'après le hameau Baanhoek, qui est situé près de Sliedrecht.
